Her journey was not smooth, particularly due to her weaknesses in communication in a foreign language. She overcame many obstacles andcompleted the training program in 2018, in Calgary, Alberta. She ran her company in both Calgary and Edmonton until 2020 and decided to go back to China due to the global pandemic. Throughout her journey, she is grateful to have met so many people who had a great impact on her life, and considers herself fortunate for all the valuable lessons learned along the way. Madison was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. Her background isn’t too extensive in terms of work or education as she started in this business fresh out of highschool! Although Madison excelled in school growing up, she never really knew what exactly she wanted to do so she took a gap year before enrolling in university to figure that out. In that meantime she came across this business where she was able to grow very quickly despite having no work experience at all. She completed the training program in under 6 months and started running her first business before turning 19.. She now has huge goals of building up an organisation and sharing the same opportunity that she was given early in her career to as many people as possible.
Originally from Kolkata, India, Tamoghna started working in the business out in Winnipeg in 2021, just to be able to pay off his student loans. Three months later, when he was able to pay them off, completely put a whole new perspective in front of him. Coming from a background in science, where he had originally planned to become a doctor and worked with Nobel prize winner back in 2017 Tamoghna had no idea what sales and marketing meant. Fast-forward to 2024 after moving out of Winnipeg to work in Ottawa and now he’s running the Rogers program out in Toronto by the end of this year Tamoghna wants to pass on the baton and promote at least three other people into management and keep growing.
Tom Jones, or "Jonesy", came into the business with a sales and customer service background. He admits he wasn't the best employee in the beginning. But had no idea that this job would provide him with an opportunity to change his life for the better. He started in Edmonton, AB and followed his mentor Abdi Egal out to Toronto, where he worked hard to get better every day. He listened, learned and thrived when it came to any and all challenges. He worked hard to prove to himself that he could do it and was promoted to Executive Management. Now he looks to help pass on the opportunity to other people looking to take control of their lives!
